I just want to say thank you. This is more than I expected and it is the kind of customer service you rarely see anymore. This is the email I received after I placed the order this morning. Thanks again and I will stay in touch. And so you know I don't hold you to expediting all my orders. I will be placing an order every two weeks probably up through June then I should have everything to tide me over through this summer.

I just wanted to take the time to write to you about the level of service I received from your company online parts department. I only was I pleased at the way everything was handle by Karen and Janett when I would talked to them on the phone, they where the nicest people ever. I recently placed a fairly large order within the online parts department totaling $2,515.45 I knew that some of the parts on that order were going to take awhile to receive. When talking to Karen and Janett on the phone and thru emails I was informed that some parts were going to be back order to a date of December 10th. This really got my sprits down when I heard that. But working with them on the phone and thru emails I was able to receive all my parts in just a little less than three weeks. The order was placed 10-10-2008 at 12:01PM and I received the last of my order thru UPS on 10-30-08 at 1:30 PM. I find this amazing!!! Now I know that I could have used my local Harley Davidson dealer to get all this, but when it comes to getting back order parts it's like pulling teeth to get anything and everything. There is also know way they could have matched the prices to what Surdyke.com had, I would of have to pay full price for the parts I order. I could not be happier having my motorcycle back together just before winter hits. I still have some riding to get in.

Last week I inquired about an obsolete rim I was looking for. You did not have one in stock but you provided me with a list of dealers that showed it in stock. I contacted one of them and they did have it. They gave me a great price and I got it a couple of days later. This was a great service you provided to help locate my rim. No doubt you guys will be my first contact when looking for items for my bike from now on. I have several friends that own bikes and I will be letting them know about the great service I got from you guys. Thank you very much!

I just wanted to say thank you to Jannett for taking care of the problem i had with my order,i got the right part today.Everything is fine now.Surdyke is the best,I always have and always will refer you guys at all bike events i go to and all forums i belong to.Keep up the great work.I`ll never buy another part from another dealer.Your prices and customer service are second to none.

I had a small problem with a part that I had ordered. It was made wrong from the factory. You all were very friendly and helpful in getting me a new part and you kept me in the loop the whole way! Awesome service! I plan to buy many more parts for my new bike here!

Surdyke.com is like finding a diamond in the rough, they have absolutely great prices and fast deliveries. I live and ride in Texas and around the southern states and I order my parts and accessories Surdyke. You guys rock, I will definitely keep doing business with Surdyke Harley Davidson. I cant wait to take a ride through Missouri so I can get by one of the locations just to meet some of the awesome people at Surdyke.
